Modalities
Myofascial Release
Gently targets the fascial system, aiming to release tension and restrictions in the connective tissue (fascia) that surrounds muscles. MFR benefits include pain reduction and increase range of motion.
Craniosacral Therapy
Uses gentle hands-on techniques to assess and treat imbalances in the deep fascial system and fluid movement of the central nervous system. CST promotes optimal functioning of the central nervous system, aiming to promote relaxation, stress reduction, and to reduce pain.
Visceral Manipulation
Involves gentle, manual techniques aimed to improve the mobility of organs and the fascia that surrounds them. VM promotes enhanced digestive function, stress reduction, and helps to restore musculoskeletal mobility.
Dynamic Cupping
Dynamic cupping is a therapeutic technique that involves placing and moving silicone cups on the skin. This creates a suction to promote fascial separation and increases circulation to the tissue, which works to reduce muscle tension, pain, and increases flexibility of the tissue.
Therapeutic Massage
Blend of modalities and Swedish and non Swedish Massage techniques
Scar Therapy
Scar therapy treatment using an MPS (Microcurrent Point Stimulation) machine involves applying microcurrent electrical impulses to the affected area to promote healing and reduce scar tissue. This is an effective and non-invasive way to reduce pain and restriction to the scar and its surrounding tissue, as well as increase range of motion.
